Mix Premier
Real name Émile Joël Sofonnou, Ivorian singer-songwriter Mix Premier was born on
September 19, 1985 in Cotonou (Benin), to a Beninese father and an Ivorian
mother. Initially a member of the family church choir, the young boy gradually
learned the rudiments of piano, guitar and drums. Later, living in Port-Bouët,
he discovered the world of music in a more professional way with his friend DJ
Sat, who taught him more technical notions and introduced him to his network. He
