Miłość, a Polish jazz group formed in 1988, was founded by Ryszard "Tymon"
Tymański, Mikołaj Trzaska, and Jerzy Mazzoll. The band emerged from the new wave
group Sni Sredstvom Za Uklanianie and quickly distinguished itself with a unique
blend of jazz, rock, punk, and other influences, coined as "Yass." Their debut
album Miłość was released in 1993, following early festival successes. In 1994,
the band collaborated with American trumpeter Lester Bowie on the live album Not
