Miho Komatsu, born on March 30, 1975, in Kobe, Hyogo, is a former Japanese
singer-songwriter, and essayist. She stepped into the music industry by writing
"Kono Machi de Kimi to Kurashitai" for the band Field of View. Her breakthrough
came in May 1997 with the release of her debut single "Nazo," which became the
theme song for the anime series Case Closed and peaked at number 9 on the Oricon
Weekly Singles Chart. It was also certified gold in Japan. Miho Komatsu's debut
