Michael Ehlert Falch, born on September 16, 1956 in Køge, Denmark, is a Danish
singer and guitarist. He began his career as the lead singer and musician of the
rock band Malurt, established in 1977. The band, which included Falch (vocals
and guitar), Christian Arendt (guitar), Henrik Littauer (keyboards), Peter Mors
(drums) and Dia Nielsen (bass), released several albums between 1976 and 1984.
After a hiatus, Malurt reunited in 1990 for the Roskilde Festival and released
