Men Without Hats, a Canadian synthpop band from Montreal, Quebec, was formed in
1977. The group initially consisted of Ivan Doroschuk on vocals, Pete Seabrooke
on guitar, Dave Hill on bass, Pierre Paquet on saxophone, and John Gurrin on
drums. Their early years saw the release of their first EP Folk of the 80's in
1980, marking a transition from punk rock to new wave. The band achieved
