Memento Mori

Memento Mori was a Swedish epic doom band formed in late 1992 by guitarist Mike Wead, who also played with King Diamond and Mercyful Fate. The group initially featured vocalist Messiah Marcolin, drummer Snowy Shaw, bassist Marty Marteen, and guitarist Nikkey Argento. The band signed with Black Mark Production and released their debut album, Rhymes of Lunacy, in 1993. Following the release, Thomas Lyon replaced Marcolin as singer and keyboardist for touring due to other obligations.
