Melky Sedeck, the Haitian‑American sibling duo of Blandinna Melky Jean and Farel
Sedeck Guerschom Jean, were born in 1995 in Haiti. Their early exposure to music
came through their father, Wyclef Jean, and the local Haitian‑American hip‑hop
scene. In 1999, they released the single "Raw", signed with MCA Records, and
released the album Sister & Brother, featuring collaborations with Darryl "Day"
