Medicine
Medicine is an American noise pop ensemble from Los Angeles established in 1990.
The group was founded by guitarist and keyboardist Brad Laner following his
stint with the experimental ensemble Savage Republic. The early lineup consisted
of Laner, drummer Jim Goodall, guitarist Jim Putnam, bassist Eddie Ruscha, and
singer Annette Zilinskas, who was replaced by Beth Thompson before any official
releases. Based on home demo recordings, Medicine became the first American
