MC Conrad
MC Conrad, born Conrad Thompson in Northampton, England, was a pioneering figure
in the drum and bass and jungle scenes, known for his distinctive fusion of
jazz, hip-hop, and soul-infused lyricism. Starting out in the UK hip-hop and
breakdancing scenes of the 1980s, he transitioned to the emerging rave culture
of the early 1990s, eventually partnering with LTJ Bukem to co-found Good
