MC 900 Ft. Jesus
MC 900 Ft. Jesus is the stage name of the American rapper and classically
trained musician Mark Thomas Griffin, born in 1957 in Kentucky. Griffin studied
the trumpet and holds an advanced degree in music from North Texas State
University. Before starting his solo career, he played in the local bands The
Telefones and Lithium X-Mas and worked as a trumpeter backing artists including
Engelbert Humperdinck. Griffin adopted his stage name from a sermon by
