Mayumi Tanaka, born in Tokyo on January 15, 1955, is a Japanese actress, voice
actress, and narrator. She made her voice-acting debut in 1978 as Ryoko Takagi
in the anime series Gekiso! Ruben Kaiser. Known for voicing prominent anime
characters such as Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece and Krillin in Dragon Ball, she
also co-founded the theatrical company Oppeletta, and established Project Review
with Mitsuya Yuji in 1984. Her musical contributions consist of various
