MayKay
Mary-Kate Geraghty, known professionally as MayKay, was born in 1986 in County
Kildare, Leinster, Ireland. She is a singer, guitarist, and keyboard player who
initially gained recognition as the frontwoman of Fight Like Apes. MayKay met
bandmate Jamie Fox during their teenage years while vacationing in Spain,
leading to her first musical endeavors. In 2010, she lent her voice to an event
at the National Concert Hall alongside Duke Special. Her solo career began with
the release of "Black Boys on Mopeds" (March 2024), and "Busted" (September
