Marso, whose real name is Valentin Marceau, was born on July 15, 1991 in Les
Lilas, Seine-Saint-Denis. He got his start in music as a child, forming the rock
band BoXoN in 2006, which won acclaim from Rock & Folk and Le Mouv'. In 2011, he
went solo, releasing two pop-folk albums on Play On/EMI. In 2016, he became
Marso and turned his attention to production, co-producing Slimane's À bout de
rêves album and The Parakit's single Save Me. Since then, he has worked with
Foé, Suzane, Vidéoclub, Pierre de Maere and on Mika's 2023 album.
