Mark Eitzel
Mark Eitzel began his career by founding American Music Club, an evanescent band
that has remained a myth for many listeners. The songwriter then embarked on a
solo career, with several albums including 60 Watt Silver Lining in 1996, The
Ugly American in2003 and Don't Be A Stranger in 2012. A mix of folk, rock and
pop, the musician has become an icon of American alternative music, in the
manner of Vic Chesnutt.
