Canadian singer, Marie-Ève Janvier, was born in 1984 in Roxton Pond, Estrie, Quebec . Her early involvement in musical theater included roles in Notre-Dame-de-Paris at age 14 and Les Dix commandements at 16. Janvier's breakthrough came with the release of her self-titled debut album, Marie-Ève Janvier, in January 2007 under Mercury (Universal) France.
