Mare Advertencia Lirika, also known as Mare Advertencia and born on January 14,
1987, is a Mexican rapper and feminist singer of Zapotec origin from Oaxaca. She
began rapping at 16 in 2003 with DJ TBear and co-founded Advertencia Lírica in
2004, Oaxaca’s first all-female rap group. After the group disbanded in 2009,
she pursued a solo career, releasing Experimental Prole (2013) and SiempreViva
(2016). Her music combines rap with funk, reggae, and huapango while addressing
