Manel
Manel, a Catalan pop group from Barcelona, was formed by Guillem Gisbert, Arnau
Vallvé, Martí Maymó, and Roger Padilla. They gained recognition as finalists in
the Sona9 contest in 2007, winning the Premi Joventut prize to fund their debut
album. In 2008, Manel released Els millors professors europeus, which won
several awards including best pop-rock album of the year from Enderrock and was
