Joonas Aleksi Galle, known professionally as Mäk Gälis, was a Finnish rap artist
born in 1989. He began his music career with the release of his first single,
"Mäk is Bäk", in 2012. His debut album Lähi-öissä followed in 2013, under WEA /
Warner Music Finland. The song "Saa föraa" from this album was featured on a
compilation for the 2013 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship,
highlighting his past as a junior ice hockey player. Mäk Gälis gained initial
recognition after appearing in a music video by his brother Ville Galle's duo
