Jared Gomes is an American singer and rapper born in Fort Worth, Texas. He began
his music career as the frontman of the new wave band the Clue, which was active
from 1984 until 1990. He then fronted Live Urban Sexx Tribe from 1991 to 1994.
He subsequently met guitarist Wes Geer, and they formed the band Hed, which
released the self-financed EP Church of Realities. Legal issues forced the group
to change their name to Hed PE, and they released their self-titled debut album
