Lync
Lync was a post-hardcore band from Olympia, Washington, formed in 1992. The
group consisted of vocalist/guitarist Sam Jayne, bassist/vocalist James Bertram,
and drummer Dave Schneider. Lync released their first singles "Youth on Fire,"
"Mhz," and "Pigeons" in 1993. In 1994, they released their debut album These Are
Not Fall Colors on K Records. Jayne and Bertram also contributed to Beck's album
One Foot in the Grave. Lync disbanded later that year. In 1997, their singles
and unreleased tracks were compiled into Remembering the Fireballs (Part 8).
