Founded on November 20, 1831, the Lunds Studentsångförening, also known as Lunds
Studentsångare or Lund University Male Voice Choir, is the choral ensemble of
the University of Lund, Sweden. Bringing together students in particular, but
not only, the male choir's first director was Sven Lovén, followed between 1835
and 1846 by the composer Otto Lindblad (1809-1864), whose specifically written
