music singer born on February 18, 1959, in Chiclayo. He began his musical
journey in the early 1980s, gaining recognition through televised competitions
like Trampolín a la Fama and Festivisión. In 1982, he joined Grupo 5, initially
performing ballads before transitioning to tropical rhythms, notably with the
