Looptroop Rockers, a Swedish hip-hop group from Västerås, was formed in 1991 by rappers Promoe and Embee. The group initially released cassette-only EPs such as Superstars (1993) and Threesicksteez (1995). In 1998, they established their own record label, David Vs. Goliath (DVSG) and released their debut album Modern Day City Symphony in 2000. The album featured the underground hit single "Long Arm of the Law".
