Lisa Page Brooks
Born Lisa Clarise Page in Detroit, Michigan, on November 23, 1962, and known by
her stage name Lisa Page Brooks, the contemporary gospel singer was a member of
the group Witness. Active from 1986 to 2006, Witness enjoyed a string of
successes, winning a Stellar Award in 1993. Lisa Page Brooks was the only member
until the group split up, while her sister Tina Brooks remained until 1991.
After ten albums and a Grammy Award nomination, she put her experience to good
use in a solo career already begun in 1997 with the album More Than You'll Ever
