Latin Soul Syndicate
Latin Soul Syndicate is a San Francisco‑based band that formed in 2003, uniting
core members Happy Sanchez, Karl Perazzo, and Mark Pistel with a rotating Bay
Area lineup. Their album, The Adventures of Johnny Loco, was released on LoveCat
Music in 2003, followed by The Adventures of Johnny Loco in 2006. The group’s
music earned placements in television and film, notably "Vato Loco" in The Devil
Wears Prada (2006), "El Gitano del Amor" in The Ugly Truth (2009), and "Narco
Traffico" in the game Scarface: The World is Yours.
