Latifa
Latifa Arfaoui, born Latifa Bint Alayah Al Arfaoui on February 14, 1961 in La
Manouba, is a Tunisian singer. She studied at the Arab Academy of Music, gaining
exposure on Egyptian radio. Her releases include Ya Hayati Ana (1994), Inchallah
(1999), Hobobak Hadi (2006), and Atahadda (2009). She collaborated with
international artists such as Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, received the
World Music Award for Best Artist in the Middle East and North Africa in 2004,
and performed at the Carthage Festival in 2008, 2010, and 2019.
