La Secta
La Secta are a Chilean reggaeton duo from Santiago formed by Arzu and Dendrita,
who first rose to fame in the early 2000s through the youth TV show Mekano,
where their early singles “Por Tra”, “Locura” and “Bacila Rico” turned them into
one of the first widely known urbano acts in Chile. Riding the success of “Por
Tra”, released in 2004, La Secta built a strong following on the club and
festival circuit and went on to release the album Los Intokables in 2010,
consolidating a catalogue of dance-floor oriented tracks and collaborations.
