Kyper
Randall S. Kiper, known as Kyper, is an American rapper and DJ from Baton Rouge.
Kiper began a recording career with the album Conceited (1987) and the singles
“Conceited” (1987), “Life Is Hard” (1988), and “Throw Down” (1988). Recognition
increased with the single “Tic-Tac-Toe” (1990), which sold over a million copies
and reached number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 10 on the Hot Rap
Songs chart. The track featured samples from the songs “Owner of a Lonely Heart”
