Kim Hyun-sik, born on January 7, 1958, in Inhyeon-dong, Seoul, South Korea, is a
South Korean musician. Leaving MyongJi High School in 1974 to pursue his passion
for singing, he began working on his first album, Spring Summer Fall Winter, in
1976, with Jang-hee Lee. However, the album's release was cancelled in 1978 when
Lee unexpectedly moved to the United States. Despite this disappointment, Kim
persisted and finally released his debut album with Seorabul Records in 1980.
