Killamel
Ndoumbè Armel was born on June 9, 1984 in Douala. After growing up in Akwa-Nord,
in the 1st arrondissement of the Cameroonian metropolis, he obtained his BEPC
and then developed a passion for rap. Determined to enter the Cameroonian music
scene, he opted for the name Killa Mel, sometimes also known as Don Killeone,
and launched his own record label, KOV Rekordz, in 2007. After some initial
local testing, Killa Mel went on to release his debut album, Vert-Rouge-Jaune
