Famed for being the pioneer of modern hymn writing, Keith Getty is widely
credited for re-inventing the traditional hymn. His compositions, often
co-written with wife Kristyn and songwriter Stuart Townend, feature in many
modern hymn books and have been recorded by a wide range of Christian artists
including Ricky Skaggs, Alison Krauss and the Canterbury Cathedral Choir. After
studying music at Durham University, Getty continued his musical education in
