Kazuo Funaki, born Shigeyuki Ueda on December 12, 1944, in Ichinomiya, Aichi
Prefecture, Japan, is a singer known for his work in the Enka genre. His music
career began with the release of his first single "Koukou San Nen Sei" in 1963,
marking his breakthrough into the Japanese music scene. Throughout his extensive
career, Funaki released numerous albums and singles, including notable works
such as Zessyo (1966) and Hatsukoi (1966). In addition to his musical
achievements, Funaki has also ventured into acting, appearing in films such as
Gakuen hiroba (1963) and Aa, seishun no mun...
