嘉陽 愛子

Aiko Kayo, born 嘉陽 愛子 on December 11, 1985, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, is a
singer known for her contributions to pop music. Before her solo debut, Kayo
participated in the Morning Musume LOVE Audition in 2001, but did not make it
into the final lineup of the popular idol group Morning Musume. Her breakthrough
came with her first single "Hitomi no Naka no Meikyū" released on December 10,
2003, which served as the opening theme for the anime Yamibou. This release
marked the beginning of her solo career under Avex, a prominent Japanese record
