Kátya Tompos, born Katalin Tompos on March 13, 1983, in Budapest, Hungary, was a
singer and actress. She began her musical training at Margit Földessy's studio
during high school and later graduated from the University of Theatre and Film
Arts in Budapest. In 2005, she released her first album Keresztül Európán, which
featured songs in multiple languages including English, French, Bulgarian,
