K.M. Myrland
Knut Magne Myrland, known professionally as K. M. Myrland, was a Norwegian
singer, guitarist, and songwriter. Born March 23, 1948, in Harstad, Norway, he
worked as a sailor before injuries sustained in an accident prompted him to
pursue a music career. He released his debut album, Isbål, in 1976. His
subsequent solo releases included Gjengrodd sti (1977) and 78° nord (1978). In
1978, his album Morild introduced the singer Randi Hansen, who subsequently
