Julia Hulsmann is a German pianist and composer whose interpretations of songs
by artists such as Randy Newman, Nick Drake and Sting and music set to poetry by
Emily Dickinson, E.E. Cummings and Walt Whitman have earned acclaim in her
homeland. She has toured internationally and released several albums starting
with 'Scattering Poems' with singer Rebekka Bakken in 2003. She has recorded
