Jud Strunk
Justin Roderick Strunk Jr., known professionally as Jud Strunk, was born on June
11, 1936, in Jamestown, New York. He began his career as a singer and comedian,
showcasing his showmanship from a young age. Strunk's breakthrough came through
appearances on national television shows such as Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In and
The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. His first notable single was "The Santa
