Joyce Santana, born Joyce Fransue Santana Febres, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton
artist celebrated for his raw, introspective lyrics and contributions to the new
wave of urban music. Raised in a strict household where he was discouraged from
using profane language, Joyce Santana first expressed himself by scribbling down
words he couldn’t say aloud, ultimately developing a knack for songwriting that
allowed him to channel his emotions. At thirteen, he began recording with a
