Joseba Tapia Usabiaga, born in 1964 in Lasarte-Oria, Guipuscoa, Spain, is a Basque musician known for his role as a player of the Trikitixa, a diatonic accordion. He began his musical journey by forming the group Tapia eta Leturia with Xabier Berasaluze Leturia, who played the pandero, a traditional Basque tambourine. Their collaboration marked the start of Tapia's career in folk and rock music. In 1999, he released his debut album Québec: hamalau kantu independentziarako.
