Jonwayne
Jonathan Wayne, known professionally as Jonwayne, is an American rapper and
record producer born on June 5, 1990, in La Habra, California. Wayne briefly
worked as a stage actor after high school before transitioning to music,
inspired by his passion for poetry. In early 2009, Wayne began performing at Low
End Theory, where he met mentor Dibiase and booked his first gig in 2010. This
performance caught the attention of Stones Throw Records head Peanut Butter
Wolf. Wayne released the debut instrumental album Bowser on Alpha Pup Records in
2011, followed by the mixtape I Don't Care ...
