Jonathan Groff
Jonathan Drew Groff is an American actor and, thanks to his work in musical
films and theatre such as 'Frozen' (2013), 'Glee' and 'Hamilton', an occasional
singer. He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. At the age of three he fell
in love with Julie Andrews' turn as Mary Poppins, watching a video of the film
on a loop and dressing up as the character for Halloween. After graduating high
school Groff was set to attend Carnegie Mellon University but deferred his place
when he won the role of Rolf in a national tour of 'The Sound of Music'. He
never made it to the university, ...
