Born in Helsinki on October 25, 1997, Johannes Brotherus is known both as an
actor and as the lead singer of the band Kuumaa since 2016. His father, Antti
Ikonen, was keyboardist with the symphonic metal band Stratovarius. In 2013, he
made his breakthrough in Pirjo Honkasalo's film Concrete Night, before moving
into music. Trained on the violin from the age of three, in 2016 he formed the
pop group Kuumaa, which released three albums before its lead singer's solo
