JoBoxers were a new wave group established in London, England, in 1982. The band
consisted of Rob Marche on guitar, Dave Collard on keyboards, Chris Bostock on
bass, and Sean McLusky on drums, with Dig Wayne as the lead vocalist, who had
previously fronted the New York-based rockabilly band Buzz and the Flyers under
the name Buzz Wayne. JoBoxers' debut single "Boxerbeat" peaked at number three
on the UK Singles Chart. The band gained international recognition with their
second hit "Just Got Lucky", which made the UK Top 10, and reached number 36 in
