Joanna Forest, born on May 3, 1977, in Loughton, Essex, England, is a soprano
who trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. Her music career began
with a solo performance as a soprano at Busting to Sing in the West End in aid
of breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel!, where she also duetted with Paul
Potts on "Point of No Return." Forest's debut album, Stars Are Rising, was
released on March 10, 2017, and topped the Official Classical Album Chart,
making her the first independent classical artist to reach number one with a
