Joan of Arc
Joan of Arc was an American indie rock ensemble from Chicago established in
1995. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized
by indie rock, post-rock, and emo and for the use of electronics, samples, and
multi-track recording. The ensemble was founded by the vocalist Tim Kinsella
following the breakup of the ensemble Cap'n Jazz. Their recording career began
