Joscelin Dent-Pooley, known professionally as Jerskin Fendrix, was born around
1995 in Birmingham, West Midlands. Raised near Market Drayton, he learned to
play the violin and piano from a young age. Fendrix's early career included
composing the score for Alfred Jarry’s Ubu Roi at the Victoria and Albert Museum
in 2018 and collaborating with Black Midi on "Ice Cream" that same year. His
debut album, Winterreise, was released in April 2020 to critical acclaim. In
