Jennifer Rush was born Heidi Stern in New York on September 28, 1960. The
singer, who enjoyed an early musical education as a child, moved to Germany with
her father at the age of nine. After moving back to the USA to be with her
mother as a teenager, Jennifer Rush increasingly focused on her career as a
musician. Her breakthrough came in 1984 with the single "25 Lovers", which
