Jen Wood
Jen Wood is an American indie rock singer and songwriter born in 1976 in
Seattle, Washington. In 1992, at age 15, she formed the alternative rock band
Tattle Tale with Madigan Shive. The group released the albums Tattle Tale (1993)
and Sew True (1995). The band's song “Glass Vase Cello Case” was featured in the
1999 film But I'm a Cheerleader. Following the breakup of Tattle Tale in 1996,
Wood moved to Santa Cruz, California and released the solo recording No More
Wading. She later returned to Seattle and issued the album Getting Past the
