Jean-Paul Brodbeck
Jean-Paul Brodbeck, born in 1974 in Basel, Switzerland, is a Swiss jazz pianist.
He began playing piano at age ten and received formal training from 1985 to 1989
before studying jazz under Hans Feigenwinter. In 1991, Brodbeck enrolled at the
Konservatorium Basel, where he studied under Peter Efler and earned a teaching
diploma in 1995. At age twelve, he formed his first band, and by fifteen, he
performed with Lionel Hampton. Throughout his career, he collaborated with
