Jean Carlos
Carlos Vidal Sánchez, known professionally as Jean Carlos, was born on February
15, 1971, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He began his musical journey at
age 13 by forming his first group, Power, influenced by the band Menudo. After
studying theater, poetry, and singing, he formed several groups, including La
Dinámica and La Dominican Band, before emigrating to Argentina in 1990. In
Córdoba, Jean Carlos joined the band of Ángel Videla and later formed Rataplan,
